Despite finding herself a single mum to Ava, four, and Hero, one, after her husband Graham Quinn walked out in April, the self-styled strong mama, 34, has dusted herself off and is back with a bang.
She invited Now to a piano recital at St Martins Lane hotel in London to launch her brand new fashion range. But how on earth did she find time to create it?
'Like every mum, I don't sleep!' says Myleene.
'It's tricky, as any working mum will testify, but all you can do is your best.
'I put my girls first every single time. Everything is ultimately for them.
'I'm proud to provide for them and set the example that women can empower themselves and achieve what they want.
'Mums are a hard-working, enterprising bunch.
'We just get on with things and that's why I'd encourage any mother who has an idea they want to see realised to go out there and give it a go and not take no for an answer.
'You get one life - enjoy it and live it.'
