One Direction star Zayn Malik whisked Little Mix's Perrie Edwards away on a surprise holiday for her 19th birthday last week, Now can reveal.
The hunk, 19, wanted to treat his girlfriend to a romantic break because he had some free time after just completing his tour of the US with 1D.
Perrie's bandmate Jade Thirlwall, 19, tells Now: 'It was a surprise - Zayn just said he was taking her away and they wanted some time alone.
'It was really sweet. They're so cute together.'
Zayn and Perrie first met when One Direction performed on The X Factor last year and they confirmed they were dating in May.
'Perrie really likes him and he's very good to her,' adds Jade.
'They're just so into each other and they're really happy.'
