The quote has been etched on Miley Cyrus's forearm
Miley Cyrus has got a new tattoo on her left forearm.
The singer, 19, has been inked with the phrase: 'So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.'
The quote is from a speech given by former US President Theodore Roosevelt in Paris in 1910.
Miley, who's engaged to actor Liam Hemsworth, 22, debuted the tattoo while out in Los Angeles yesterday.
She already has a series of etchings all over her body, including the words 'Just Breathe' just above her ribcage and an anchor on her wrist.
