Nick Grimshaw has been unveiled as Chris Moyles' replacement on the Radio 1 breakfast show.
The presenter - who currently fronts two late-night slots on the station - will take over after Chris, 38, bows out in September.
'I'm super-excited to be hosting the iconic Radio 1 breakfast show, it's been a dream of mine since the age of 11 and to be honest it hasn't really sunk in yet,' says Nick, 27.
'I love Chris and have always looked up to him as one of the best broadcasters ever.'
Nick is close friends with Caroline Flack and became pals with One Direction singer Harry Styles when the pair were dating earlier this year.
Harry's mum Anne Cox was quick to congratulate the presenter after Radio 1 confirmed the news earlier today.
'Massive congrats!!! @grimmers no more late nights for you!!' she Tweeted.
