Tulisa Contostavlos's ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards has confessed that he released a video of The X Factor judge giving him oral sex.
Tulisa's barrister Jacob Dean told a High Court hearing in London yesterday that the rapper, 28, was sorry for leaking the tape in March.
'Mr Edwards has admitted responsibility for publication of the video, apologised for it and promised not to do it again,' Jacob Dean told Mr Justice Tugendhat.
Previously, Justin - aka MC Ultra - had insisted that he didn't release the footage.
Tulisa, 23, launched a £100,000 claim for damages and alleged breach of privacy and confidentiality against him in April.
Her legal team will read out a statement in court on Thursday giving details of the settlement of her claim with Justin.
