Michelle Keegan has spoken for the first time about her broken engagement, revealing she was the one who called time on her wedding plans to The Wanted's hunky Max George.
The Coronation Street star, 25, says she got stressed by the constant pressure to set a date.
'We're not engaged any more, but not because we fell out,' she tells Fabulous.
'It was just there was no chance of us getting married any time soon because of our schedules.
'I was getting asked by everyone: "Have you set a date? Have you chosen your dress?" So we just thought we'd say we're not engaged and then nobody would ask and there's no pressure.'
The couple started dating in December 2010 and Max, 23, proposed on Michelle's birthday the following June, but she called it off this April.
