Cheryl Cole is to release her official autobiography this autumn.
The book - which will be published by HarperCollins - is expected to include details of the singer's split from ex-husband Ashley Cole, 31, and her very public sacking from US X Factor.
'Cheryl Cole has achieved massive success as a singer, style icon and TV star and has been involved in some of the most gripping headlines of recent years,' says publisher Carole Tonkinson.
'For the first time, she will tell her full story in her own words.'
Cheryl, 29, is thought to have been paid £350,000 to pen the autobiography and it's likely that she'll earn more from royalties once it hits the shelves.
HarperCollins is hoping that it will become a bestseller.
'We're still pinching ourselves that Cheryl chose us as her publisher,' says Carole.
'We're going to do everything in our power to make this the Christmas No 1.'
