The 22-year-old is looking curvier than we've ever seen her before, but she's not bothered.
'If I spent my life worrying about it I'd be a wreck,' she tells us. 'I just think: "So what, who cares?"
I've put on weight but my boyfriend loves my body.
'When you're bending over at the pool and slapping your sun cream on, the paps are going to get the bad angles and the booze belly.
'I feel confident and I feel sexy. I know some people would be insecure and pictures like that would bother them, but I don't care what people think.'
Billie has no plan to lose weight now that she's back from holiday.
'I'm happy as I am,' she insists. 'I'm going to Ibiza in August, so I'll probably cut out the carbs for two weeks before I go.
'For me, it's more about toning than weight loss - I'm never going to be really skinny.
'Some things I buy in a size 8, like jeans, but when I buy bikinis I have to buy a size 18 bikini top - I'm a 28G - and a size 10 bottom.
