Patsy Palmer says she enjoys getting hot and sweaty with her husband
'We do like to get sweaty together. We go to hot yoga in a hot room,' laughs mum-of-4 Patsy, 40. 'It helps you stretch.
'I'm a bit of a secret nudist. Not in the house because of the kids, but I'd love to be on a beach naked!
'It would have to be just me and the sunshine, though.'
With a body like hers, we don't blame her.
