But if Victoria Beckham, 38, agrees to another child with her hubby of 13 years, doctors warn she could be at serious risk.
David, 37, said recently: 'We're very lucky to have four healthy kids. If we decide on one or two more, who knows?'
But after Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, nine, Cruz, seven, and Harper, 11 months, were born by Caesarean section, another pregnancy could be dangerous for Posh.
The risk of complications with a C-section increases each time and most doctors recommend a maximum of three.
