The couple - who have been dating for 5 years - wed in an intimate ceremony at their Texas home on Saturday.
'Matthew looked so handsome, like an Old Hollywood movie star,' a guest tells People magazine.
'And Camila was just glowing and beautiful!'
The couple set up luxury tents for their guests in the grounds of their estate for the occasion, which lasted 3 days.
Brazilian model Camila recently revealed that she expected little would change in her relationship with 42-year-old Matthew.
'We have homes together, we have family together, we have kids, we've built a life together,' said Camila, 29.
'So, we've been living a married life this whole time.'
Matthew and Camila are parents to son Levi, 3, and daughter Vida, 2.
