Michael Jackson's daughter Paris: I understand why Dad kept our faces hidden behind masks
Paris Jackson has revealed that she supports her dad Michael's decision to keep her face hidden under a mask when she was younger.
The 14-year-old admits she was originally 'confused' when she and brothers Prince, 15, and Blanket, 10, were forced to keep their identity hidden - but now she 'understands'.
'When we went out without him we wouldn't be recognised and we could have a normal childhood,' Paris tells Oprah Winfrey.
Superstar singer Michael died aged 50 in 2009.
Though Paris was home schooled when Michael was alive, she now attends LA's Buckley School.
'I have a regular childhood,' Paris told Ellen DeGeneres last year.
'I'm treated the same. They didn't know who I was.
'I was like, "Yes, I have a chance to be normal".'
