Nine months after giving birth, is Melanie Brown risking her health to look like a body builder?
Mel, 37, has returned to her pre-pregnancy weight of 9st 4lb and gleefully declared: 'The six-pack's back!'
But looking at her chiselled abs, toned biceps and buttocks you could crack brazil nuts on, Now can't help wondering if the 5ft 5in star - who's admitted to feeling under pressure to lose the baby bulge - has gone too far, too fast.
Personal trainer and nutritionist Sarah O'Neill fears this might be the case, telling Now: 'It's not realistic and most women look nothing like that after giving birth.
'I advise women to be really cautious after having a baby.
'New mums should be very careful about abdominal work.
'Stomach muscles separate when you have a baby and you need to wait for them to close before doing sit-ups.
'But celebs often start working out as soon as they've had their baby.'
