With her perfect smile and super-slim physique, Kate Middleton has never looked more radiant.
Last week she flashed her enviable legs - and amazing muscly calves - as she wore a sea-green summer dress at Prince William's polo match in Ascot.
So is the Duchess of Cambridge's size 6 frame thanks to an expensive personal trainer?
Or maybe a pricey nutritionist the rest of us could never afford?
Well, no actually.
We can reveal the Duchess owes her tiny, toned figure to a no-frills £13 workout consisting of a gym ball and a pair of dumbbells.
Our royal source explains: ‘Kate does an hour's workout every morning using the gym ball and dumbbells, which includes some core exercises like squats, sit-ups and arm curls.'
Learning that's all it takes, Now went shopping and found gym balls from as little as £6.99 online and dumbbells from £5.95 - adding up to a distinctly un-Royal fortune of £12.94. Yay!
