How things have changed for Cheshire boy Harry Styles.

He may now be a part of the biggest boy band in the world, but it wasn't long ago that the One Direction star was a member of a rock group named White Eskimo.

And a video from 2010 shows Harry performing Bryan Adams' Summer Of '69 with his band to a small crowd at a wedding.

But the younger Harry, who's now 18, still oozed confidence as he does today and looked like a natural front man.

Harry left White Eskimo after 1D formed on The X Factor in 2010 - and he's since found huge fame alongside Louis Tomlinson, 20, Zayn Malik, 19, plus 18-year-olds Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

Nonetheless, Harry's former band mate, bass guitarist Nick Clough, supported him through Simon Cowell's reality show.

'We're happy for him and wish him all the best,' Nick told Metro back in 2010.

'We've not split up but it's been difficult while he's away without a singer.'
