Nicola McLean has revealed that she is 'absolutely gutted' to have suffered a miscarriage with her third child.
The model and TV star, who's married to footballer Tom Williams, 31, was told the news by the doctor after her 12-week scan.
'There was no heartbeat,' says Nicola, 30.
'The doctor told me that the baby's heart probably stopped at 9 weeks.'
Nicola admits she's concerned a night out last month, when she consumed alcohol and took Prozac, could be the reason behind her loss.
But she was told that her the baby 'was never going to grow or form properly'.
'I did worry, so I asked the doctor and he told me that a lot of people drink when they're pregnant in the early stage - unless they've planned the baby - as there's no way of knowing,' says Nicola.
'And some people do remain on anti-depressants while they're pregnant too.'
Nicola is already mum to Rocky, 6, and Striker, 2.
