The former Dancing On Ice star, 24, didn't care who saw as she kissed and cuddled 45-year-old Hustle actor Marc Warren outside a cocktail bar in Brighton.
The pair had earlier walked around the city arm-in-arm before going to see mutual friend Denise Welch, 53, star in Steel Magnolias at the Theatre Royal.
Marc's exes include model Abi Titmuss, who coincidentally revealed on Richard And Judy in 2008 that she'd been dating him for about a year.
Marc later admitted he was keen to start a family with Abi, 36.
'I'm at an age where I look at kids and think "that really appeals to me",' Marc told the Daily Mirror.
'I know everyone says they change your life and they can be a nightmare but they also fill your life with joy.
'Im in my 40s now and it is something I'm thinking about.'
The couple split in 2009 amid allegations he'd had an affair.
Chloe broke-up with ex-EastEnders actor Sam Attwater, 26, last year.
