Caroline Flack has been venting any anger she might have on a punchbag.
The 32-year-old Xtra Factor host, who split from 18-year-old One Direction star Harry Styles in January, revealed on Twitter this morning that she's embraced a new sport.

Caroline's trainer holds a sword and shows off huge muscles in his photo and describes himself as 'a celebrity trainer, champion natural bodybuilder, fitness sports model & a successful gym owner'.
Her fitness-kick comes 3 months after she flushed her body of toxins with the Juice Master plan.
'I'm doing a juice diet. Has anyone done one? I'm completely inspired by @melblatt,' Tweeted Caroline.
