Naked sunbathers hope to get official nudist beach close to Kate Middleton and Prince William's Welsh home
The west coast's Newborough Beach has always attracted nudists and now British Naturism says it would benefit tourism if it was given official status - but it's proving controversial.
'It's not the nudists who are really the problem but the people who go and watch them from the trees,' local councillor Peter Rogers, who's opposed to the plan, tells the Daily Mail.
The royal couple split their time between their London residence in Kensington Palace and their Anglesey cottage, where RAF search and rescue pilot Wills, 29, is based.
But the Prince is reportedly planning to transfer to RAF Lossiemouth in Scotland, where he and Kate, 30, first met.
'Nothing is ever set in stone for working royals,' a royal aide recently told the the Daily Record.
'But this is the plan on the table as they look ahead.'
