Peter Andre sobs: I can't take this any more
Last week, the singer flew his brother Andrew from Australia to the UK and moved him into his mansion so he can care for him during his battle with kidney cancer.
Andrew underwent his first chemotherapy session on Monday - and Peter was feeling the strain of it all.
Despite one reported message of support, pals claim she hasn't contacted Pete about Andrew - even though he's uncle to her kids Junior, six, and Princess, four.
Instead, in an extraordinary outburst, Katie, 33, has attacked Pete where it hurts the most - by accusing him of using their kids to make money.
What's more, she's even claimed that 'Pete's side' is planting ideas in Junior's head.
In a Now exclusive, we can reveal that Pete, 39, finally broke down under the strain last week - and in an emotionally charged phone call to his close friend Jamelah Asmar, said: ‘Katie's taken it too far this time.'
On Friday there was another dramatic twist as Katie launched legal proceedings against Pete, his publicist Claire Powell, management company Can Associates and even Jamelah.
It concerns allegations relating to the use of personal information about her in 2009.
Katie Price's spokesman says: ‘We can confirm that having spent a number of months trying to get to the bottom of issues that occurred in 2009, Katie's had to issue proceedings.
'There'll be no further comment at this time.'
At the time of going to press, the defendants had no comment.
Pete's rep strenuously denies Katie's accusations.
