Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown: I feel mum's spirit pass through me all the time
Bobbi Kristina Brown has spoken out for the first time since mum Whitney Houston died at the age of 48 on 11 February.
The 19-year-old says Whitney - who was found in her bath tub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in LA - was her best friend, sister, confidante and her 'everything'.
'She's always with me,' Bobbi tells Oprah Winfrey in an interview.
'Her spirit is strong, it's a strong spirit. I feel her pass through me all the time.
'Sometimes it's so surreal. I still walk into the house like, "Mom?" But I've accepted it.
'It comes in waves. One moment I can be happy and laughing, but then it comes over me. It's my mom.'
Bobbi's dad is Whitney's ex-husband Bobby Brown, 43, but a source has told TMZ.com that she's planning to change her name to Bobbi Houston.
Bobbi was hospitalised twice in the aftermath of her mum's death and despite her strong words, her family are worried she could be following the same destructive path as Whitney, who battled with drink and drugs during her short life.
'Bobbi's in hell right now,' a source told Now recently.
'She's struggling to cope.
'It's a lot for any teenager to lose their mum in such a tragic way and everyone's worried for her.'
