Lewis Hamilton and Nicole Scherzinger were together for 4 years

It seems things are very much back on for Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton - 4 months after they ended their 4-year relationship.

Formula One ace Lewis, who was spotted holding hands with Nicole in LA a couple of weeks ago, whisked the Pussycat Doll away to Monaco for a break from her tour commitments this weekend.

'They are taking things slowly and trying to avoid the same mistakes,' a source tells The Sun.

'They're making sure they get every moment they can together.'

Nicole and Lewis split in October, reportedly because of his reluctance to settle down and have children.

But the pair are giving things another go and Lewis has even been supporting Nicole, 33, on her Killer Love tour.
