Abbey Clancy: I saw David Beckham in his pants and thought it was Ricky Gervais

Abbey Clancy has admitted that she got international heartthrob David Beckham muddled up with 50-year-old comedian Ricky Gervais.

It seems Abbey, who's married to footballer Peter Crouch, 31, wasn't that impressed when LA Galaxy star David, 36, stripped down for the launch of his underwear collection for H&M earlier this month.

'I saw those pictures but I thought it was Ricky Gervais when I first saw it!' says Abbey, 26.

'He looks good, but not as good as my Pete in pants.'

But Abbey admits she wouldn't be happy for her man to display his body for the world to see.

'No!' she says. 'That's for my eyes only.'
