Caroline Flack appears to be embracing a 'New Year, New You' attitude for 2012.

Following her split with 18-year-old One Direction star Harry Styles last month, Caroline is making a few changes.

After recently refreshing her dip-dye hairdo, Caroline, 32, now has another new look.

'@louteasdale has just chopped my barnet!' she Tweeted last night.

On top of her new, shorter locks, Caroline this week appeared to have moved on to another man.

The Xtra Factor host was snapped having a cigarette with rocker Sam McCarthy outside the Crown And Goose pub in London's Camden, before leaning in for a cheeky kiss on the lips - but it seems they're just mates.

'@carolineflack1 is the best friend I have. We are gonna sing a duet at the lock tavern on weds!' Tweeted Sam, 30, after their night out.
