Sandra Bullock, 47, has been spotted leaving her LA home with Jonathon Komack Martin, the business partner of her ex-squeeze Ryan Reynolds.

A source tells us: ‘They met years ago, but nothing ever happened - until now.

'Lately Sandra's been spending time with him, going to parties or just hanging out at her house.

'She says they both have the same silly sense of humour.'
