Josie Gibson finally puts her ex John James Parton behind her

The Big Brother star is moving on with her life

Josie Gibson is going to marry Luke Sanwo

Now she's engaged to Luke Sanwo,  Josie Gibson, 27, couldn't be happier.

Just back from an extended holiday in Bali, she's feeling calm and content.

'I had time to think about all the shit that went down with my ex John James Parton before Christmas and I came to the conclusion that I was worrying about nothing,' she says.

'I can't believe I lost so much sleep over something so ridiculous.

'Getting some perspective on my life has made me see things clearly for the first time in bloody ages.

'Before I went away, I was worrying about work but I've realised that as long as I try hard and do the best I can, that's all that matters.

'This celeb stuff won't last for ever but I've got good friends, good health and a good man with a recipe for a fat-free cake.

'What more could a mucker want?'
