Mark Wright has been comforting friend James Argent after his split from Lydia Bright

Now he's hosting Take Me Out: The Gossip, Mark Wright, 25, is rumoured to be writing a dating manual.

But considering he's spent his whole life on, off and on again with Lauren Goodger, 25, surely that's left him with little other time for romantic adventures?

After a bit of investigation, we've managed to unearth the first draft of Mark's new literary, erm, masterpiece...  

Mark's top tips for pulling the birds  

Always make sure your best mate's on hand. You won't need to spend all your time being romantic with your woman if you just get James 'Arg' Argent to hang around in the background eating some chips.

Always keep on good terms with your ex. Women love it when there's a possibility that your other half might start a fight in a club with your ex if she looks at her the wrong way.

Introduce her to your family quickly and impress her with your nan's cooking. What woman could resist?
