Kitty Brucknell is glad she had surgery

Kitty Brucknell has no regrets about having a £3,000 liposuction op in Tunisia.

The X Factor finalist, 27, is delighted that she dropped more than a stone and two dress sizes after having 6ltr of fat sucked from her bottom, stomach, hips, back, inner thighs, outer thighs and knees.

'I embrace surgery!' Kitty tells us during our exclusive naked photo shoot.

'Lipo's the best thing I've ever done in my whole life. I needed it - I had huge hips.

'I hate my 34DD boobs, too, I want a reduction.

'They aren't attractive to me as I can't dance with them. I like the androgynous look.

'Annie Lennox is my body icon.'

Kitty, who's also had Botox, is only happy with her legs.

'I do a lot of walking and sit-ups,' she explains.

'Lady Gaga's got a gorgeous body - we're a similar shape, but she's shorter than me.'
