Dress Queen Kate Middleton planning fashion shopping spree while Prince William's away?

The Duchess of Cambridge wants to keep busy

Kate Middleton already has an amazing wardrobe but she's hoping to stock up on new outfits while husband Prince William is away on duty.

RAF co-pilot Wills, 29, was posted to the Falklands for 6 weeks yesterday, which means style lover Kate, 30, will be alone for her first Valentine's Day as a married woman.

'The only way for her to cope while William's away is to keep busy,' says a source.

Kate, who mixes UK couture with high street bargains, fancies nipping over the Channel to France and Italy to check out new continental designs.

'Kate feels she has to specialise in British fashion,' the source tells the Daily Star, 'but she'd love to go to Paris and Milan to see the fashions there.'
