Frankie Sandford and ex-boyfriend Dougie Poynter are reunited in London

Couple get together for a good cause

Frankie Sandford now dates footballer Wayne Bridge while Dougie Poynter is with Lara Carew-Jones

Dougie Poynter looked happy as he arrived at a London studio yesterday - shortly before his ex-girlfriend Frankie Sandford turned up.

The pair, who split for good in November 2010, were both taking part in a photo shoot for Sport Relief.

Dougie, 24 - now dating and planning a future with girlfriend Lara Carew-Jones, 21 - was later joined by his McFly band mates, while the rest of The Saturdays also posed for the charity pics.

It will no doubt have made for an awkward day - Dougie checked into rehab after his split from the 23-year-old singer and the rest of the McFly boys made no secret of the fact they wanted little to do with Frankie.

'I personally couldn't give a sh*t what she does,' admitted Danny Jones, 25, at the time.

'She can do what she likes.'
