FUNNY VIDEO Harry Styles flashes his 'muscles' as One Direction fight to win Brit Award

Don't mess with the 1D boys

Harry Styles is currently on tour with One Direction

One Direction have been working out to prove they're prepared to fight to win a Brit Award for their debut song What Makes You Beautiful.

The boys, who are up for Best British Single, yesterday released a video that shows the 5 of them building up their strength in the gym.

Though they struggle at the beginning, before long Louis Tomlinson, 20, is doing press-ups with one finger, 18-year-old Niall Horan is skipping like a pro, Zayn Malik, 19, lifts impressive
weights and Liam Payne, 18, picks up band mate Harry Styles with ease.

Harry, 17, then flashes his huge muscles and even wins an arm wrestle against a man twice his size - though unfortunately it's just his dream as he has a cheeky nap while the rest of the lads continue their punishing regime.

'One Direction are training hard,' it reads across the screen. 'Help them lift their first ever Brit Award.'
