Demi Moore has been looking super thin lately

Demi Moore has been admitted to hospital for exhaustion.

The 49-year-old actress, who announced in November that she's divorcing Ashton Kutcher, was treated by paramedics at her LA home for half an hour on Monday night before she was taken off in an ambulance.

'Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,' Demi's rep confirms to TMZ.

'She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.'

Meanwhile, Two And A Half Men star Ashton, 33, appears to be enjoying single life.

'Roughing it,' he Tweeted jokingly alongside a picture of him drinking from a coconut.
