Sarah Harding has stepped out with a new tattoo.

The 30-year-old Girls Aloud singer has had the phrase 'Don't be Bitter - Glitter' inked in elaborate script at the top of her back.

Troubled Sarah appears to be encouraging herself to move on with her life in 2012.

Completing a 2-month stint in rehab from last October for her addiction to alcohol and sleeping pills, she met Dutchman Theo De Vries, 35 - but the relationship disintegrated in a nasty row.

Sarah alleged he attacked her on New Year's Day in Austria - though he denies her claims and says he is actually the victim. 

Now it seems Sarah, who split from fiancé Tom Crane, 31, in September, is feeling hopeful about the future.

And Tom has offered to whisk her away on holiday.

'He wants to take her away to give her some head space,' a friend tells us.
