The Xtra Factor host's homecoming tied in perfectly with One Direction's Up All Night tour date in the capital last night.
The sun-kissed 32-year-old was snapped out and about, happily chatting away on the phone as toyboy Harry Styles, 17, prepared to go on stage.
Caroline was the victim of online death threats when news of her relationship with heartthrob Harry emerged last year - but she says it didn't scare her.
'I knew they were just a minority of One Direction fans and all very young - it's a kind of fanatical obsession,' Caroline told Now.
'I can't take it seriously or I'd never come out of my house.'
