Rihanna and Chris Brown's cryptic Tweets

Nothing says ‘I love you' like relaxing the conditions of a restraining order.

And since Rihanna eased the court order against her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown last year, the pair have shared a string of private dates and hook-ups.

Now, in what friends believe are the first tentative steps to making their relationship public again, they've started cryptically Tweeting.

At the end of last month, Chris wrote: ‘Love u more than u know,' and just two minutes later, the woman he was  convicted of violently assaulting in 2009 Tweeted: ‘I'll always love u #1love.'

Chris, 22, is currently dating model Karrueche Tran.

But despite the pair looking cosy at a Las Vegas party on New Year's Eve, Rihanna, 23, wrote an intriguing Tweet which seemed to suggest she and Chris had hooked up!
