Frankie Sandford is feeling a bit battered as 2012 begins.

The Saturdays star, who dates footballer Wayne Bridge, has been learning how to snowboard and spending a lot of time on her bum.

'My 3rd snowboarding lesson. All good except when I went into a poll and spun a million times. Then fell on my arse twice in the same spot!' Tweets Frankie, 22.

And it seems her accident has left Frankie with a cowboy swagger similar to a Hollywood acting legend.

'I'm walking like john wayne.!!!! Ouch!!!!!' she tells her Twitter followers.

'Good times though. Back on it tomorrow!'
