Prince William and wife Kate were the guests of honour when Pippa Middleton threw a party at the family home in Berkshire to celebrate New Year.
Party planner Pippa, 28, hired a Kata - a teepee-style shelter traditionally made of animal hides - worth around £3,000 and pitched it in the Middletons' back garden.
It included a dance floor, seating for 100 guests and was described as a 'canvas palace'.
Kate and Will, both 29, were celebrating their fist New Year together as a married couple.
An onlooker tells the Daily Mail: 'They looked full of the joys of the season.'
