Marvin Humes and Rochelle Wiseman are planning to marry

Marvin Humes has popped the question to The Saturdays singer Rochelle Wiseman.

When Now's Selina Julien caught up with the JLS star last month, he denied he'd specially commissioned a sparker for Rochelle, but of course, the besotted singer was fibbing.

Marvin, 26, asked Rochelle, 22, to be his wife on holiday in the Caribbean today - and produced the heart-shaped diamond ring.

'Its official Marvin proposed 2me 2day,wanted 2 tell u b4 some1 else did! SO excited 2 b Mrs Humes. x,' Tweets Rochelle.
 
And her man is just as excited.

'Happy New Year everyone!!! So everyone hears it from me... Rochelle and I are engaged!! Party time tonight! Have a great one..All love..Marv x,' he tells JLS fans.

'Thank you so much for all the love.

'We are the happiest 2 people in the world. A perfect start to 2012.This year is gonna be massive. Luv ya! Mx.'

Marvin and Rochelle have been dating two years and after splitting briefly in November 2010, moved into together earlier this year.
