Jeff Brazier: I want to have a daughter!

Jeff looks towards his ideal future as the New Year begins

Jeff Brazier has two sons

This week, Jeff Brazier, 32, reveals his hopes and wishes for 2012.

'It's New Year's resolution time, so you might imagine that one of mine would be to find the perfect partner and settle down,' says Jeff.

'But actually I feel as though I've focused a little too much on affairs of the heart in 2011.

'I was meeting women and immediately trying to envisage what our relationship would be like years down the line - a bit unrealistic, to say the least.

'Lots of people get to 30 and think: "Oh, all my friends are getting married and having babies. I'd better settle down with whoever."'

But Jeff, who has two boys from his relationship with the late Jade Goody, is not too concerned about his single status. 

'I refuse to settle for anything less than true love,' he says.

'Luckily for me, the pressure to couple up is less intense because I already have Bobby and Freddy.

'If it wasn't for them, I'd be starting to worry about finding someone to have a family with.

'That said, I'm not closing the door on having more children - I've always wanted a daughter.

'I'd call her Isabella.

'So this year my resolution is to try less hard.'
