Madonna is now 53

For years Madonna's been dressing like a teenager and dating toyboys. But is age finally catching up with her?

The 53-year-old is now struggling to hide the signs of advancing years.

So is she growing old gracefully or is this the effect of surgery gone wrong?

We asked Harley Street's Lesley Reynolds Khan for her opinion on what the heck's going on with Madonna.

‘Her cheeks are very full for a woman with very little body fat,' says Lesley.

'We lose volume from the cheeks as we age, but she seems to have gained it, suggesting she's had dermal filler injections.

'She looks slightly ‘pillow-faced'.

'She's had too much filler in her cheeks, giving the puffy effect.'
