Amy Childs: It can take me 8 hours to get ready for a night out

The former TOWIE star likes to pamper herself

Amy Childs always looks glam

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs is clearly a big fan of doing hair and make-up.

But the 21-year-old can go a little overboard when she's getting ready for a night out on the town.

'If I've got all day it can take me 8 hours. I'll do my tan, nails, feet, a face mask and things,' says Amy.

'But usually it takes me an hour and a half.'

And the Essex girl is well practised in creating her polished look.

Even when she's not leaving the house, Amy makes sure she wears a bit of slap.

'If I'm indoors in my tracksuit I'll put a bit of foundation on to make me feel better,' she reveals.

'I love getting dressed up though. Even when I went shopping in Lakeside before TOWIE I would get dressed up.

'People think it's because I'm in the public eye but I've been like it since I was 14.'
