Presenter Kirsty Gallacher is married to personal trainer Paul Sampson, so she gets great advice on keeping fit.
'I do circuit training a couple of times a week,' she tells us.
'I like variety, so I'll get on the treadmill, then do some press-ups followed by abdominal work and finish with skipping.
'But [Paul and I] rarely exercise together - we'd just end up arguing!'
At 5ft 5in Kirsty weights 8st 7lb and is a tiny size 8, but in 2006 she became worryingly thin.
'After my son Oscar was born, I became ill with a hyperactive thyroid,' recalls Kirsty, 35.
'It didn't settle for seven months and I felt terrible - my hair fell out in clumps and I lost loads of weight.'
