Katy Perry has rubbished rumours that she's trying for a baby with husband Russell Brand.
The 27-year-old singer has announced she's taking a year-long hiatus from music after her world tour ends this month, but she insists it isn't because she's desperate to start a family.
'I would love to have children. That's one of the reasons you get married,' Katy tells The Insider.
'[But] I still love drinking alcohol so not yet.'
Some of Katy's eagle-eyed fans thought she might already be pregnant after she was spotted with a rounded tummy at the AMAs this weekend.
But she says her belly was simply down to eating big dinners.
'I like In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell,' she admits, 'and if you want to make that pregnant that's your problem.'
