Pregnant star Stacey Solomon, 22, shares her health secrets

Stacey Solomon is expecting her second child and she couldn't be happier.

'At the beginning I had a lot of morning sickness - the same as when I was pregnant with my son Zachary [three],' she tells us.

'Now I'm tired all the time, but I haven't got swollen ankles or anything yet!'

Singer and TV presenter Stacey, 22, adores being pregnant.

'My skin, hair and nails all feel extra good, plus I love the feeling of being pregnant and having my little baby growing inside me,' she confides.

'It's a very special feeling.

'But the downsides are I'm starting to put on weight and I feel slobby when 
I'm tired or sick.'
