It looks like a lonely New Year for Demi Moore as love rat hubby Ashton Kutcher, 33, is set to move out after Christmas.
Demi, who turns 49 this week, has been trying to salvage their six-year marriage after Ashton's alleged fling with 22-year-old Sara Leal in September but sources say their Kabbalah counselling is failing.
‘Relations between them are terrible right now,' says our source.
‘They're giving it another go because their spiritual advisers are insisting upon it.
'But Ashton's said he'll move out if that's what Demi wants.
'Right now the plan is to make it through the holidays, having as little to do with each other as possible, and by the time the New Year rolls around they'll have worked out who gets what money-wise.'
With the end-of-year deadline, Ashton's latest role in romcom New Year's Eve could prove prophetic.
‘The film's all about new beginnings,' says our source.
‘Unless Demi relents, Ashton's looks like it'll involve a removals truck and a broken marriage.'
