Former EastEnders star Martine had a real health scare

Martine McCutcheon tells us her health secrets

Martine McCutcheon looks after herself these days after contracting a nasty virus when she was the leading lady in a stage musical 10 years ago. 

'When I was starring in My Fair Lady in the West End in 2001, I became very ill with a blood clot in my skull - it was terrifying,' she tells us.

'It gave me a reality check. I used to have
the attitude "the show must go on", but now I never take my health for
granted. I know my limits.'

Martine, 35, is a big believer in supplements - and knows the secret to banishing a hangover.
