Leighton Meester stars in hit show Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester, 25, stars with Selena Gomez in new movie Monte Carlo and the two girls had great fun during shooting.

'I'm sure we annoyed a lot of people in our hotel because we were always running around the place singing and dancing,' Leighton tells Teen Now.

'We were definitely a handful!

'We had a blast singing Cheryl Cole and Katy Perry songs, although any song would do.

'You name it, we'd sing it.'

Leighton is now a big Cheryl fan after Justin Bieber's girl, 19, introduced her to Chezza's tracks.

'Selena had a few of Cheryl's songs on her iPod, but we downloaded some more as well,' reveals Leighton.

'I love Fight For This Love - we gotta fight, fight, fight, fight, fight for this love.

'It's great, although we'd change the words to make us laugh.

'Over lunch or breakfast, you'd hear us singing things like, "You've gotta jump, jump, jump, jump, jump for this bread.'

'There's another track about being drunk in love or something... I love that one, too.

'Cheryl Cole's great.'

Monte Carlo is in cinemas now.
