Jason Orange charmed comedienne Catherine Tate with a trip to William Shakespeare's 16th-century home for their first date.
The Take That star, who met Catherine, 43, at Comic Relief in March, will have spent £25 on a pair of tickets for entry to the Stratford-upon-Avon building where the historic writer was born.
'They seemed very happy in each other's company and fascinated by the history on show,' an onlooker tells the Daily Mirror.
Jason then took Catherine to see the Royal Shakespeare Company's romcom A Midsummer Night's Dream.
A photo emerged yesterday of the pair on a day out at the park - but Jason, 41, appeared not to want to be noticed, as his head is only just visible in the corner of the snap.
'I saw Catherine Tate last week in Nobu with her boyfriend who I said looked like Jason Orange,' wrote one Tweeter.
'Gutted, should've paid a bit more attention.'
