The Black Eyed Peas singer, who's now the Girls Aloud star's manager, is convinced Cheryl's amazing personality will soon make her a 'household name' in America.

'Not only is Cheryl a talented singer and actress, but she is immensely likeable,' says Will, 36.

'When people meet Cheryl for the first time, they want to meet her again because she's just great company.'

Will thinks 28-year-old Cheryl's short stint on US X Factor before she was axed in May was a good thing.

'The experience has provided a great platform for her,' he says.

'My phone has not stopped ringing with offers from the top TV shows in the States, as well as some big movie producers.'
