Liz Hurley and Shane Warne are ready to commit

Liz Hurley is getting married to Shane Warne.

The Aussie cricketer, 42, proposed to the actress with a sapphire and diamond engagement ring on Friday night at St Andrews in Scotland.

'Thanks for all your congratulations,' Liz, 46, has since Tweeted.

Her divorce from husband Arun Nayar was finalised in June after four years of marriage.

Liz has been with Shane since the start of the year.
